Keywords:

This paper explores the historical and philosophical contributions of Sufism in fostering intercultural and interfaith dialogue between Eastern and Western civilizations. As a mystical dimension of Islam, Sufism has played a vital role in transcending political and religious boundaries, promoting universal values such as love, tolerance, and unity. Through historical case studies and contemporary reflections, the study illustrates how Sufi poets, philosophers, and spiritual practices created common platforms for mutual understanding. The paper concludes by assessing Sufism's continuing relevance in countering extremism and facilitating peaceful coexistence in a globalized world.
